When the matter is taken up today, Ms.S.Parameswari, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the outer limit as prayed for by the petitioner i.e., 31.12.2022, got expired and that the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
