It is reported that the first respondent in the Second Appeal died on 04.09.2009.

2.The appellants filed the above petitions to substitute the legal heirs/proposed respondents 4 to 18; to condone the delay of 3521 days and to set aside the abatement caused.

3.Notice was ordered to the proposed respondents 4 to 18 and they have been served and their names are printed in the cause list.

4. The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 has no objection to allow this petition. 5.Perused the affidavit in support of the condone delay petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, these CMPs are ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned.
