O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 02.11.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the opposite party promised him to get a job in Malaysia and had taken Rs.2,00,000/- from the petitioner. Even according to the petitioner, he went to Malaysia and was asked to work in a tea shop, but he wanted a job of an Electrician.

4. It is not a case where the opposite party had taken money and cheated him by not sending him abroad. In this case, the petitioner has been given a job, which is not to his liking. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
