per Special rules for Tamil nadu Medical Services notified in G.O.Ms.No.77, Health and Family Welfare Department dated 23.02.2016 as per MCI Regulations 1998, without resorting for preparation of any temporary panel based on old Rules/Regulations and consequently included the names of the petitioner in the panel for the year 2017 based on eligibility and seniority and promoted her to the post of Associate Professor in Anatomy with all consequential benefits. ORDER
This writ petition had been filed directing the respondents to prepare regular panel for promotion to the post of Associate Professor in the Specialty of Anatomy for the panel year 2017 as on 15.03.2017 by including the names of eligible persons as per Special rules for Tamil nadu Medical Services notified in G.O.Ms.No.77, Health and Family Welfare Department dated 23.02.2016 as per MCI Regulations 1998, without resorting for preparation of any temporary panel based on old Rules/Regulations and consequently included the names of the 2/4
petitioner in the panel for the year 2017 based on eligibility and seniority and promoted her to the post of Associate Professor in Anatomy with all consequential benefits.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was promoted, thus, the cause did not exists. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
