O R D E R

[Order of the court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, has come up with this Petition, seeking production of the detenue. 2.

The detenue, the Petitioner and her husband are present before us. Very recently, the detenue has attained majority. The detenue has got some reservations in rejoining her parents. The Petitioner and her husband are also agreeable to the detenue's wish to continue her studies in D.K.M. College for Women, Vellore. The said College also has Hostel facility. 3.

Considering the above, we direct the Principal, D.K.M. College for Women, Vellore to conduct special classes for the detenue to cover up the deficiency in attendance, if any. The College authorities shall also consider providing Hostel accommodation to the detenu.

The statement made by the Petitioner and her husband that they will not force the detenue in getting married till her completion of studies, is recorded. The detenue is set at liberty.

This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above direction.
