Respondent Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to provide copies of the charge sheet, statement of witnesses filed on 25.01.2016 and of all documents relating to the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police to the petitioner in his copy application vide C.A.No.395 of 2016.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to provide copies of the charge sheet, statement of witnesses filed on 25.01.2016 and all the documents relating to investigation in Crime No.112 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police to the petitioner vide Copy Application No.395 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in this case and it appears that the copies of the documents have also been furnished to the accused under Section 207 Cr.P.C.

In such view of the matter, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
