ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent would state that pending this revision, the petitioner and the respondent settled the issue before the Mediation. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent filed a Settlement agreement dated 25.09.2025 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the Criminal revision may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement agreement.

2. The Settlement agreement filed by the parties dated 25.09.2025 is taken on record. Accordingly, this Criming Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Settlement agreement filed by the parties. The Settlement agreement dated 25.09.2025 shall form part of the order.

3. Since, the matter has been settled, the complaint given by the defacto complainant is dismissed as settled and the accused is acquitted.
