This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 07.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 07.04.2016, it is seen that the allegation of the complaint relates to the year 2006. Further, the petitioner has not even stated about the alleged false document in the complaint.

4. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent-Police to register an FIR.
