This petition has been filed by the petitioner to implead the legal heirs of the 19th respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the other side has no objection to allow this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
