This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 292 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 19th respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the other side has no objection to allow this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
