Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in impugned revised guidelines in F.No.22012/06/2015-N.C-1, dated 03.11.2016, leading to issuance of Public Notice No.PS-11/2016, and quash the same, as the same has been issued without jurisdiction and contrary to the order of this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench of High Court of Karnataka as affirmed by the Apex Court and clearly violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
