2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Mr.Neduchezhiyan, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 4th respondent have no objection for this petition being allowed.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the revision if it is otherwise in order.
