2.This Court by an earlier order dated 17.07.2019 while dismissing the Crl.O.P.No.13725 of 2017 had directed to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.NO.109 OF 2013 within a period of two months from the dated of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Though the learned Judicial Officer has asked for a period of six months, this court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of four months from the date of lifting of Covid-19 pandemic lock down.
