The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4, to consider his representation dated 15.09.2018 and pass final orders. 2.The petitioner herein submitted a representation on 15.09.2018 to the respondents 1 to 4, making certain allegations against the 5th respondent, who is functioning as Trustee of Arulmigu Moorthy Vinayagar Temple, Alampoondi Village, Gingee Taluk. The grievance of the petitioner is the representation of the petitioner has not been considered till date. 2/4
3.Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 4.In view of the stand taken by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2018 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the 5th respondent.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
