JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present Arbitration Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as under: "The Arbitration proceedings settled between the parties & the Appeal may be permitted to withdraw."

2. Recording the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the appeal in Arb.Appeal.No.31 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
