This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent-police to register an F.I.R., on the complaint dated 28.03.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that in respect of the incident that is alleged to have taken place on 30.08.2014, a similar complaint was given by the petitioner and the same was enquired into and closed by the respondent-Police. Again the petitioner has lodged a fresh complaint on 28.03.2016, in respect of the incident that took place on 30.08.2014, which was also enquired into and closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel across the bar.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
