Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the transfer order and relieving order issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondents dated 30.08.2019 and 03.09.2019 respectively and 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

quash the same and to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to continue with Morappur Union. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order has been complied with and therefore, requested that the writ petition may be closed. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
