This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petitions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement to give up the 2nd respondent from array of parties in these revisions and the same is recorded.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petitions, delay is condoned.
