This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to condone the delay of 167 days in filing the written statement in response to the counter claim of respondent/defendant Nos.5 & 6 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
