This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 324 days in representing the Review Application.

2. Ms.V.Ambika, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the review application ought to have been represented on or before 24.10.2022, but due to personal inconvenience of the clerk working in petitioner's counsel office, who went on long leave and so, they are not able to represent the same in time. In view of the same, there is a delay of 324 days was occurred in representing the above review petition. The delay is neither willful nor wanton. Hence, he has filed this petition to condone the delay.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one, this court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Registry is directed to number the above Review Application if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 17.10.2023. 27.09.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
