Respondents in both writ petitions Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose the representations dated 07.08.2019 & 24.08.2019 made by the petitioners.

For (Education) (in both Writ Petitions) C O M M O N O R D E R Since the prayer in the above Writ Petitions are one and the same, they are clubbed together and a common order is passed.
2. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners were selected and appointed as Secondary Graduate Assistant on 20.12.2000 & 02.08.1995, while the petitioners were working as such, their probation was declared and their services also
regularised. The petitioner namely V.Narmadha was promoted to the post of B.T.Assistant (Maths) on 23.12.2011 and post at Panchayat Union Middle School, Kattoor, Panamarathupatty Union, Salem District.
The petitioner namely R.Vanithamai was promoted to the post of Secondary Grade Head Mistress on 28.06.2006 and post at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Pasuvanathampatti, Panamarathupatty Union, Salem District.

Whileso, the petitioner in WP.No.28305 of 2019 was transferred and posted to Hill Station School, Jarukumalai Panchayat Union Middle School, Panamarathupatty Union, Salem District and the petitioner in WP.No.28308 of 2019 was transferred and posted to Hill Station School, Kammalapatti Panchayat Union Elementary School, Panamarathupatty Union, Salem District on administrative grounds. The petitioner in WP.No.28305 of 2019 made representation dated 07.08.2019 to transfer her to Panchayat Union Middle School, Gandhipuram, Panamarathupatty Union, Salem District and the petitioner in WP.No.28308 of 2019 made representation dated 24.08.2019 to permit her to choose plain areas on her choice. Since, the representations dated 07.08.2019 & 24.08.2019, were not considered by the respondents, the petitioners filed these Writ Petitions.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 07.08.2019 & 24.08.2019 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.
5. Without expressing any opinion on merits, I am inclined to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the Writ Petitioners' representation dated 07.08.2019 & 24.08.2019 respectively, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
