Crl.M.P. No.13535 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.18620 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm for a period of three months and also cooperate for the trial proceedings, failing which, the bail granted to the petitioner shall automatically cancelled in Crl.O.P.No.18620 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
