ORDER
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court directing the respondents to pay the retiral benefits in twelve equal instalments with interest at the rate of six per cent per annum has been duly complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the arrears of pension have not been paid.
2. Granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation within one week to the respondents, this contempt petition stands closed.
