This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 5(a) of the order dated 25.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9076 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 25.07.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
