2. It appears from the records and proceedings that aggrieved by an order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, petitioner has approached the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. In the pending proceedings, an application has been filed seeking production of certain loan documents. Without waiting for a decision on the said application, petitioner has rushed to this Court.

3. This petition, at this stage, is not maintainable. Petitioner should press before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal for an order in the application. With the said liberty, the petition stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
