(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above contempt petition.

2. Heard Mr.G.V.Mohankumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. We perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition, wherein, the petitioner has stated that the Public Works Department has been bifurcated into two departments viz., Public Works Department and Water Resource Department, for administrative reasons, by virtue of G.O.(Ms) No.158, Public Works (D2) Department, dated 01.11.2021 and the petitioner is now under the purview of the 3rd respondent/Water Resource Department, which is a necessary party.
