This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.126 of 2016 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent for further investigation and to file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation in the F.I.R., it will be in the interest of justice, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District, to supervise the investigation in Crime No.126 of 2016 on the file of E-9, Tazhambur Police Station and ensure that the investigation is done expeditiously and fairly.
