Crl.M.P.No.16349 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 24709 of 2022 M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24709 of 2022 on 13.10.2022 that the petitioners shall stay at Dindugal and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police, Dindugal daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
