The learned Special Government Pleader relying upon the decision rendered by this Court, in 2004 2 LW 776, wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition, challenging the similar prayer in the writ petition. Therefore, the said decision is squarely applicable to the facts of the present case.

2. In the light of the said judgment, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
