Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned proceedings of the first respondent passed in VAT AP.No.27/2023 (2014-15) dated 16.08.2023 and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to entertain the appeal in accordance with law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the first respondent dated 16.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is intend to avail the Samadhan Scheme under the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006. Therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and requests for liberty to avail the said scheme. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. While dismissing this petition, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid Samadhan Scheme.
