ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue examination application to the petitioner and also allow her to write examination for the remaining 8 subjects in B.B.A course joined in registration No.A7101UBA7116 based on the her representation dated 06.06.2024.
2. According to the petitioner she joined B.B.A course (3 years course) in the respondent university through Distance Education in the year 2007 and out of 13 subjects, she cleared 5 subjects in the year 2009 and thereafter due to her family situation, she could write the remaining 8 subjects. On 06.06.2024, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent to permit her to write the remaining 8 subjects. Since the same has not been considered, the present Writ Petition is filed.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent filed the Minutes of meeting of the Syndicate dated 27.07.2023 in this regard, and the same is extracted hereunder:

77. Considered the (i) Sanction of one more chance for the A18 & C19 Batch (Semester pattern) students of PG\Professional Degree to clear their arrear papers without collecting the penal fee in the June 2023 examination (to be commences from September 2023 weekend i.e., Saturday and Sunday). (ii) Stoppage of further chances to the Old Batch students admitted from 1980-81 to C18 Batch (Non semester pattern) of UG/PG/Prof Degree & Diploma / Certificate courses Examination from June 2023 due to the difficulties faced in the setting of Question papers and conduct of examinations for few students.
RESOLVED that one more chance be given for the A18 & C19 Batch (Semester pattern) students of PG / Professional Degree to clear their arrear papers without collecting the penal fee in the June 2023 examination (to be commences from September 2023 weekend i.e., Saturday and Sunday).
RESOLVED FURTHER that the Old Batch students admitted from 1980-81 to C18 Batch (Non semester pattern) of UG/PG/Prof Degree & Diploma/Certificate courses be not entertained for further chances from June 2023 Examination.
