Respondents PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai, to implement the order dated 24.01.2018 made in W.P.No.920/2018 on the file of this Court by taking up the O.A.No.858/2016 forthwith along-with the affidavit dated 30.08.2019.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.,] The present writ petition is filed to implement the order dated 24.01.2018 made in W.P.No.920 of 2018 by taking up the O.A.No.858 of 2016, forthwith along with the affidavit dated 30.08.2019.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the arguments were advanced in the main Original Application on 01.10.2019 and the orders were reserved and in the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3. This Court heard the submission of Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel for the respondents 1, 2 to 6 in their official capacity. In the light of the fact that the orders have been reserved in the main Original Application itself, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition and therefore, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
