ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 27.10.2021 in W.P.No.104 of 2019.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that already, the order has since been complied with.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J., This matter is posted under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that there is an error in the year of the case as it was wrongly typed as Cont.P.No.2528 of 2025 instead of Cont.P.No.2528 of 2022. Hence, the same is rectified as Cont.P.No.2528 of 2022.

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy.
