O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07.03.2022 made in W.P.No.4997 of 2022. 2.The petitioner had made representation to the respondent 1/3

seeking to survey and mark boundaries for his land and since the same was not considered, filed W.P.No.4997 of 2022 before this Court and this Court vide order dated 07.03.2022 directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and to dispose of the same within a time frame and since the said order was not complied, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition. 3.The respondent has sent a communication dated 27.07.2023 to the Government Pleader, High Court of Madras stating that one Vasantha W/o.Munusamy has filed a suit in O.S.No.42 of 2023 before the Sub Court, Dharmapuri as against the petitioner and nine others in respect of the subject property and hence, the property could not be measured.

4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
