This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order this Court dated 12.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.11249 of 2019 under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. This is also confirmed by the learned Addl. Government Pleader.
