(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) This Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing today, at the instance of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the mother of the detenu - N.Abdulla, passed away this morning (24.09.2019). 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, also submitted that the mother of the detenu, passed away. 4.

In view of the same, we are inclined to grant one week parole to the detenu viz. N.Abdulla. Accordingly, Respondents are directed to grant leave to the detenu, who is now confined in Central Prison, Vellore for one week, from 24.09.2019 till 01.10.2019, subject to the usual conditions that may be imposed by the respondents. The convict shall be released at 12.45 p.m. on 24.09.2019 and he shall return back to the prison at 05.00 p.m. on 1 / 3

01.10.2019. The convict shall be accompanied by adequate escorts. 5.

This order is passed, subject to the condition that the convict shall appear before the North Vellore Police Station, Vellore at 6.30 p.m. everyday till 30.09.2019.
