ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294 (b), 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 427, 506(I) of IPC in Cr.No.980 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 created a fake Patta in his name and trespassed into the defacto complainant land and broken the fence around the land along with other petitioners, abused him with filthy language, threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised objection stating that petitioner/A1 created a fake Patta by using Government emblems in his name and trespassed into the defacto complainant's land along with other petitioners, threatened him. He further submitted that investigation is not yet completed.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
