a) directing the defendant to pay the suit claim of Rs.1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Fifty Lakhs only) to the plaintiff and to further pay pendent lite and future interest on the aforesaid sum of money of Rs.1,50,00,000/- at the rate of 24 percent per annum from the date of plaint till the date of realization from the defendant; b) to pay the cost of this suit.
