Despite the directions of this Court, the plaintiff has not served the copies of the papers to the defendant's counsel. Hence the application is dismissed.

2. Though suit summon was not served on the defendant/respondent, the defendant entered appearance in the application on 18.01.2024. The defendant has not filed any written statement within a period of 30 days.
