Rc No. 413/2019 to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur every Monday at 10.30 am on the file of this Hon'ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.P.PALANICHAMY Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ,ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
