It is brought to the notice of this Court by the Learned Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the notification of the State Government in G.O. (Ms.) No. 162, Highways and Minor Ports (HN1) Department dated 01.10.2012, which is impugned in this Writ Petition, has already been upheld by this Court by a detailed order dated 14.07.2014 in W.P. (MD) Nos. 15486 to 15489 of 2012 and according to him, no appeal has been preferred against the said order, which has attained finality.
