This writ petition has been filed challenging the unilateral cancellation deed dated 07.11.2014 which was registered by the 2nd respondent as Document No.11359 of 2014 as illegal and without jurisdiction.

2.Heard Mr.A.Ilaya Peruma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents.

3.The 3rd respondent is the mother of the petitioner. She had executed a Settlement Deed in favour of the petitioner on 03.01.2007 which was registered as Document No.48 of 2007. Thereafter in the year 2014, the 3rd respondent has chosen to unilaterally cancel the Settlement Deed through a Cancellation Deed dated 07.11.2014 which was registered by the 2nd respondent as Document No.11359 of 2014. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.The issue that is involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgement of the Full Bench in Sasikala vs . Revenue Divisional Officer and Another 2/4
