This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence imposed against the petitioner/appellant in Spl.S.C.No.37 of 2020 dated 17.12.2021 convicting him for the offence under Section 9(m) punishable under Section 10 of the POCSO Act and enlarge the petitioner/appellant on bail.

Since this Court is inclined to hear the main appeal itself soon after receiving the records from the Court below, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
