This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the case in Crl.M.P.No.7212 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7065 of 2020 dated 02.09.2024 which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the case in Crl.M.P.No.7212 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7065 of 2020 dated 02.09.2024 is hereby restored to file.
