Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the property situated in S.No.61/5, Door No.18, Natesan Salai, Duraikannu Road, Zamin Pallavaram Village, Chennai.

ORDER
By consent, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. The prayer in the writ petition is to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the property situated in S.No.61/5, Door No.18, Natesan Salai, Duraikannu Road, Zamin Pallavaram Village, Chennai.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the third respondent has filed the suit against the petitioner for eviction and the same was dismissed, against which, the third respondent filed an appeal before the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. Pending the appeal, the respondents/Police are harassing him by calling to the police station one day after an another and directed him to vacate the premises. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submit that a complaint was lodged by the
3rd respondent earlier and the matter was enquired into and since there is a civil dispute, both the parties are directed to go before the Civil Forum. The parties also gave a written statement that they would resolve the dispute before the Court.
