This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 13.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 13.04.2015, given by the petitioner, it is alleged by the complainant that some persons were digging a road near the new bus stand in Salem. The petitioner has not even given any details for the respondent-Police to act.
