Writ petition is are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to G.O.No. Pa.Va.No.09/ ESANI/KO.4/2016/1735 Puducherry dated 22.8.2016 of the first respondent appointing the third respondent as the Executive Officer in Arulmigu Sri Marakaleeswarar Devasthanam in Madukarai, Nettapakkam Commune in Union Territory of Puducherry and quash the same and further direct the second respondent to grant requisite permission to him to conduct the auction for the lease of the shops belonging to the temple on the basis of his representation dated 24.5.2016 submitted to the second respondent.
