The application has been filed seeking to accept the translated version as given by the petitioner with respect to the Will dated 16.09.1985, executed by A.S.Srinivasan and registered as Document No.95/1985 before the Sub Register Office at Kodampakkam.

2. A.S.Srinivasan had died on 06.05.1987.

3. However, the Registry may proceed to translate the Will and place it before final orders are passed in the Original Petition.

4. With that condition, the present application stands allowed.

5. Registry to number the O.P(DR).No.117169/2022, if it is otherwise in order.
