This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.Dakshayini Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Ms.S.Suneetha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Despite notice having been served, none appears for respondents 4 to 11.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
