This petition is filed to condone the delay of 141 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Though notice was served on the 1st respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for him.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 141 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
